If you don’t love our diapers or wipes within 60 days, ship them back for free (even if the box/bag is open) and we’ll give you a full refund for the original purchase price. For diapers that we’re unable to resell, we’ll donate them to one of our favorite diaper banks. Simply email us at support@mykudos.com and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded.
Need to change sizes? We know your little ones are growing...fast! We’ll exchange any unopened diaper packs for the next size up, and will donate any open packs of diapers to our favorite diaper banks. Email us at support@mykudos.com to get started.
